T-Shirts: Red SC Wing T-shirts will be given to all who register by Feb. 15th, 2026. The shirt size in eServices is what we will use. Make sure eServices is updated.

 

📢 Mandatory Conference Attendance Requirement

All personnel attending the upcoming conference are required to be current in Cadet Protection Program (CPP) training.

To ensure compliance, please verify that your CPP training has been completed within the past 12 months. If not, you must complete the training in Absorb prior to the conference date.

Failure to meet this requirement may result in ineligibility to participate in conference activities.

🌟 Our Keynote Speaker 🌟

Mid-Atlantic Region Col. Dennis R. Bissell

Col Dennis Bissell assumed the position of Commander, Mid-Atlantic Region of Civil Air Patrol on Oct. 11, 2025.

Col Bissell has been an active member of Civil Air Patrol for 20 years with a long history of leadership at all levels of the organization in the North Carolina Wing and the Mid-Atlantic Region. His experience also includes national assignments as a member of the NHQ investment committee, NHQ Uniform Board, Mid-Atlantic Region Liaison Officer to FEMA Region 4, and Mid-Atlantic Search and Rescue College director.

Uniform of the Day

Strict adherence to CAP Regulation 39-1 for correct uniform wear and grooming standards must be met.

Please review the regulation for each uniform below by clicking here.

 

Conference Day Activities

As the focus of our conference this year is Emergency Services, all uniforms appropriate to that mission are preferred during the conference training activities.

Corporate Working Uniform (blue polo) is allowed but not preferred.

 

Conference Banquet 

Uniform for Banquet is formal (Mess Dress, Corporate Semi Formal or Civilian Formal).

Cadets are authorized to be in Class “B” .

Appropriate civilian attire may be worn, if you do not have an acceptable uniform.

Corporate Working Uniform (blue polo), OCP, ABU, Corporate Field Uniform and Flight Uniforms are not permitted for the banquet.
