The 2025 South Carolina Wing Conference registration is OPEN!!! The South Carolina Wing Conference will be held at the Gateway Conference Center located at 3200 Commerce Drive, Richburg, SC, on Saturday 15 March.

You may register for the conference using the link below, and have options for the full-day conference including lunch & banquet, just the Saturday conference including lunch, or just the Saturday evening banquet.

CAP members and guests are welcome on Saturday March 15th at the South Carolina Wing Conference which includes morning session with Guest Speaker for Keynote Address, Of the Year Award Presentations, five learning sessions, unlimited access to the Hangar, and an Aerospace Education Officer Training Day. Ticketing Options include the conference with lunch OR an all-inclusive ticket which includes all learning sessions, addresses, hangar fun, lunch and a formal banquet. Included in the price, for cadets, is an after-party! Cadets and senior member prices vary. Doors will open at 0815.

For the all inclusive ticket, doors open at 0815 banquet ends at 2100 (9pm) for adult members; cadets have the option to attend the cadet social which will probably run 2100 - 2230pm or 9-11pm.
