2025 Encampment Staff Applications
Cadet Cadre and Adult Staff Applications Are Open
The 2025 South Carolina Wing Summer Encampment is scheduled for July 18 (staff arrival day) - July 26, 2025, at Strom Thurmond Boulevard, Columbia, SC. Cost is $225 for students and cadre payable once slotting has taken place.
Staff Application Instructions
1. Log in to eServices and navigate to "Registration Zone." Look for SC WING ENCAMPMENT 2025 and follow the prompts and toggle "staff member." All forms are located in Registration Zone via the registration link.
Make sure you indicate which areas you are willing to serve in by typing them in the Comments section - please indicate two to three jobs in order of your preference. The Fort Jackson waiver is required to be signed at time of application.

All cadets (student and cadre) must complete and submit a complete registration no later than May 30, 2025.
The South Carolina Wing of the Civil Air Patrol is set to host its 2025 Cadet Encampment from July 19 to July 26. This weeklong event offers cadets an immersive, hands-on experience designed to enhance their leadership, teamwork, and aerospace education skills.
Key Components of the Encampment:
Leadership and Character Development: Cadets engage in activities that promote personal growth and leadership skills, preparing them for future responsibilities within CAP and beyond.
Physical Fitness: Daily physical training sessions ensure cadets maintain physical readiness and understand the importance of fitness.
Military Drill and Ceremony: Cadets practice military drills and ceremonies, learning precision, respect, and teamwork.
Aerospace Education: Exposure to aviation and aerospace technology broadens cadets' understanding of the field, inspiring future interests in aerospace careers.
Team Building: Through various exercises and challenges, cadets learn the value of teamwork and collaboration and build lasting friendships with cadets from across the state and nation.
