2026 Encampment Cadet Command Staff Applications Are Now Open!
We are now accepting applications for cadet command staff positions for the 2026 South Carolina Wing Encampment. If you’re ready to take on a top leadership role, now’s your chance to step up and lead from the front.
Available Positions & Requirements

Cadet Commander – Minimum: Cadet Maj. (Preferred: Cadet Lt. Col. or higher before encampment)

Cadet Deputy Commander for Operations – Minimum: Cadet Capt. (Preferred: Cadet Maj. or higher before encampment)

Cadet Deputy Commander for Support – Minimum: Cadet Capt. (Preferred: Cadet Maj. or higher before encampment)

Cadet Adjutant – Minimum: Cadet 1st Lt. (Preferred: Cadet Capt. or higher before encampment)

Cadet First Sergeant – Minimum: Cadet Senior Master Sgt. (Preferred: Cadet Chief Master Sgt. before encampment)
Application Deadline: September 20, 2025
Prerequisite: All applicants must have prior staff experience at a Wing encampment, preferably a South Carolina Wing Encampment.

Those who have completed a second encampment as an advanced student but have not served as staff will be considered for line and support staff positions, but are not eligible for executive staff roles.

After the new adult command team is established and resumes reviewed, applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview.
